Intellectual Property (IP) Task Force

This task force will examine intellectual property issues in support of the deployment of a ubiquitous statewide one-Gigabit network.

The products of this task force will be:

• Hold a workshop with stakeholders to document new intellectual property policies necessary to support the deployment of a ubiquitous statewide one gigabit network. These can include federal, state, and local policies.
